The registration fee includes the following:
- Admission to the plenary session, special plenary session, and all technical sessions.
- Admission to social events, except for the banquet.
- Admission to the opening ceremony for Last Minute / Onsite registrations may be restricted. Further details will be announced later.
- Japanese consumption tax (10%).
* Payments must be made in Japanese yen.
Lunch
Lunch is not provided during the conference. Please arrange lunch on your own (restaurants and convenience stores are available near the venue).
Visa Support
Visa support will be available starting from May 2026.
Payment Methods
Credit Card (Online)
- Available cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners only
- Please use a credit card which is valid at least until September 2026.
- The drawer of this online payment transaction will be "ICPS2026". However, the name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matters.
Invoice and Receipt
You can download the invoice and receipt from My Page after completing your registration. Please note that any request for sending receipts via email or postal mail is not accepted.
Change & Cancellation Policy
After the payment of the registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the ICPS2026 Secretariat (registration@icps2026.jp).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on working hours (Monday through Friday, except national holidays in Japan). Requests received after working hours will be processed on the next working day, which may incur charges.
Cancellation Fees
- Before and on June 1 (JST) — No charge
- On or after June 2 (JST) — 100% of the registration fee / No refund
Notice: Refunds will not be conducted automatically. If a refund is applicable due to a change or cancellation of your registration, please contact the ICPS2026 Secretariat with your name and Registration Number.
