Both oral and poster presentations should be conducted by one of the authors.

Audio-Visual Equipment
The following equipment will be available in each session room during ICPS2026:
- LCD projector (HDMI input)
- PC (Windows) with Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF viewer
- Projection laser pointer
Copy Your Presentation File
Please copy your presentation file to the PC equipped in each session room before the session starts. To ensure proper display in the lecture room, presenters are strongly encouraged to prepare their slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
All oral presenters are requested to bring their presentation files on a USB thumb drive. If you are unable to use a USB drive due to security restrictions, please bring your own laptop computer. Presenters using their own laptops must test the connection before the session begins and bring any necessary adapters.
Please verify all slides and multimedia files in advance to ensure proper operation. Presentation files should be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
Poster Presentation
Poster presentations will be held during the designated poster sessions of ICPS2026. During the poster session, presenters are requested to be present at their poster boards and participate in discussions with attendees.
The size of the poster panel is W900 × H2100 (mm).
Presenters are requested to mount their posters before the poster session begins. Poster boards will be marked with identifying labels indicating the paper number.
Please clearly display the paper title, author names, and affiliations at the top of the poster.
Push pins or equivalent mounting materials will be provided on-site.
Please remove your poster after the poster session. Any posters remaining after the designated removal time may be discarded by the conference organizers.
Confidentiality
All presentation data stored on conference equipment will be completely deleted after the session.
